NSFW Content Guidelines

Introduction

Effective: 2024-12-22 *Updated: 2026- 2-16

ViewGems is a diverse platform that caters to a wide range of creators and audiences. As part of our commitment to transparency and community guidelines, we have established this 18+ NSFW Adult Content Policy. Please read this carefully to understand our rules and expectations regarding sexual content on our website.

1. Definition of Mature Themes

We define “mature themes” as any audio, visual, or audiovisual creations depicting explicit sexual situations, including nudity in sexual contexts. This includes content that may be considered inappropriate for people under 18 years of age.

2. Flagging NSFW 18+ Content

Creators are responsible for flagging their content as NSFW by ‘tags’ or ‘category’ upon uploading content, if it falls under mature themes.
By flagging themselves appropriately, creators help viewers make informed decisions about the content they choose to engage with.
NSFW content isn’t visible on the platform unless users go to your profile Account Settings page, and ‘check’ on to enable the NSFW mode. All NSFW content will be visible on the platform after the box is checked.

3. Exclusive ViewMe Membership Access

All adult video content on ViewMe is accessible exclusively through the Pro Package Memberships (Or) individual user created subscription paywall.
Users must purchase these memberships to view NSFW content.
No adult content should be available for free; this ensures privacy and restricts access to verified members.

4. Content Review Process

All adult video content will be reviewed upon creator uploading before being posted on the website or App.
Our review process ensures compliance with community guidelines, legal standards, and quality standards set by Viewgems.app.

5. Privacy and Discretion

We respect the privacy of creators and viewers engaging with adult content.
All interactions related to 18+ NSFW content are confidential and secure.
